How It Works

From Cuttings to Commands

Sample Capture

Drill cuttings are continuously collected from the shaker and delivered to the XRF analyzer via an automated sample transport system.

Elemental Scan

The VANTA XRF sensor fires an X-ray beam at the sample and measures the characteristic fluorescence of each element present.

Chemo-Stratigraphy

Proprietary algorithms convert raw elemental counts into formation classifications, reservoir quality scores, and lithology boundaries.

AI Correlation

ML models cross-reference the live elemental signature against offset well databases to predict ahead-of-bit formation changes.
